A 14-home subdivision was developed on the edge of Portland, Oregon’s largest parks and one of the nations largest urban forests. The single-family homes feature DR Johnson cross laminated timber. Inside, the CLT floor & roof panels are exposed on the ceiling, highlighting the beauty and warmth of locally harvested Douglas Fir.
