SWOCC- Umpqua Hall

Southwestern Oregon Community College added this new two-story, 35,690sf Health and Sciences Building to their campus in Fall of 2020. This new structure holds classrooms, laboratories and lecture halls for SWOCC students. All flooring, walls, and roofing is completely reliant on Cross-Laminated Timber and Glulam Beams.
